Shipping + Packaging Philosophy
We don’t want our focus on the environment to end once our items are packed up for shipping. This is why we reuse as much of our shipping supplies as possible. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, and often times compostable. All of our shipping envelopes are Forest Stewardship Council certified. Our packing peanuts are compostable. Other packing material has been reused and/or is 100% recyclable. Thanks for doing your part for the environment by reusing/recycling/composting after receiving your order.
The time needed to prepare orders for shipping varies. Unless otherwise noted, we ship all non-custom orders in 1-3 business days. For details, see individual items. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier.
International orders may experience delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes if applicable. We apologize that we can not ship seeds internationally.
Shipping Overcharge Refunds
Due to the weight of our items, some orders may be overcharged for shipping. Shipping overcharge refunds will be made once the exact shipping amount is known. If there are questions regarding shipping estimates please feel free to contact us.
Local Pick-Up + Delivery
Local orders may be available for pick-up or delivery to reduce shipping costs. Please contact us prior to purchasing for details.
Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of our items we can not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase please contact us.
In compliance with regulations, customers based in the EU have the right to cancel an order within 14-days of receiving an item.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
